Roll each portion of dough into a rope, then twist it into a classic pretzel shape. Boil the pretzels briefly in a water and baking soda solution to achieve that signature chewy texture. Once boiled, transfer the pretzels to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper pretzels recipe at home.
