Begin to lie on your back. Do the cross-legged pose as shown in the picture. by raising the painful leg (pictured left hip pain)Bend the side knee below. (The side that doesn't hurt) Let the heel slide toward the hip. as much as possible You will feel tightness in the hip on the sore side. Hold for 30 seconds, then relax. Do 10-15 reps per set.If you still don't feel very tight Lift the hip that is below as shown in the picture, may use your hands to help. Or if you can't reach it, use a towel around your thighs and pull. Hold for 30 seconds, then relax. Do 10-15 reps per set.Begin to lie on your back. Lift the leg that is in the hip pain cross-legged. (pictured left hip pain)
