Hello, I am building a new house and would like to choose two Gaggenau ovens that will give me the most versatility and cover most of my needs. I am leaning towards a steam combination oven and a standard convection oven, but I worry I might miss the convenience of a microwave. Another alternative would be to pair the microwave-convection combi with the steam-oven combi and simply use the convection function in these for my regular oven needs.
