ตอนนี้ทำได้แล้ว
ไปสร้างไดเรอกเทอรี่ temp ใน Packages แล้วแก้ไขแฟ้ม /SourcesPackages.php
เพราะที่สังเกต ถ้าไม่มี temp มันจะ upload packag ไม่ได้ แล้วระบบจะลบ temp แแบ auto ด้วย

Hello, sorry for the delayed response, however when I searched for something related while experiencing the same problem, this was one of the top results. If you have the following space while entering the proxy URL in the Settings -> Options -> Miscellaneous settings, the Update will function but not the package list.
