ผู้สื่อข่าว “กรุงเทพธุรกิจออนไลน์” รวบรวมข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเพื่อมาไขข้อสงสัยดังกล่าว โดยสอบถามเหตุผลการซื้อหวยจากนักเสี่ยงโชคชาวไทยบางกลุ่ม ดังนี้

หวยลาว คืออะไร 

"หวยลาว" หรือ หวยพัฒนา คือ สลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล ของ สปป.ลาว ภายใต้การกำกับของบริษัทรัฐวิสาหกิจหวยพัฒนา กระทรวงการเงิน ประเทศ สปป. ลาว และช่องทางการซื้อหวยลาวจะมีเพียงแค่ซื้อผ่านออนไลน์เท่านั้น  
หวยลาว มีผลรางวัลทั้งหมด 6 ตัว แต่ส่วนใหญ่นิยมใช้ผลรางวัล 4 ตัวท้าย เนื่องจากทางออนไลน์ซื้อ และขายผลรางวัลแค่ 4 ตัวท้าย ซึ่งมีเพียงบางพื้นที่ที่ใช้ผลรางวัลทั้ง 6 ตัว และมีการจับผลรางวัลแค่เลขชุดเดียว แต่สามารถเป็นได้ทั้งชุด 4 ตัว เลขท้าย 3 ตัว และเลขท้าย 2 ตัว 

หวยไทย vs หวยลาว ต่างกันอย่างไร ?

โดยใน ปีใหม่ 2567 นี้ ทางบริษัทรัฐวิสาหกิจหวยพัฒนา สปป.ลาว ได้มีประกาศการเพิ่มผลรางวัลมากขึ้น คือ สลาก 12 ราศี และเพิ่มวันออกเลขสลากทุกวันอังคาร และพฤหัสบดี จากเดิมที่มีวันออกเลขวันสลากคือวันจันทร์ วันพุธและวันศุกร์ โดยเริ่มออกผลรางวัลงวดแรกในวันนี้ (2 ม.ค 2567) เป็นต้นไป รวมวันออกรางวัลทั้งสิ้น สัปดาห์ละ 5 รอบ

เงินรางวัล หวยลาว 12 ราศี 

รางวัลเลข 6 ราศี เรียงจากซ้ายไปขวา ซื้อครบ 1000 กีบ หรือประมาณ 1.67 บาท มูลค่ารางวัล 120,000,000 กีบ หรือประมาณเกือบ 200,000 บาท 
รางวัลเลข 5 ราศี เรียงจากซ้ายไปขวา ซื้อครบ 1000 กีบ มูลค่ารางวัล 100,000,000 กีบ หรือประมาณ 166,600 บาท 
รางวัลเลข 4 ราศี เรียงจากซ้ายไปขวา ซื้อครบ 1000 กีบ มูลค่ารางวัล 10,000,000 กีบ หรือประมาณ 16,600 บาท 
รางวัลเลข 3 ราศี เรียงจากซ้ายไปขวา ซื้อครบ 1000 กีบ มูลค่ารางวัล 800,000 กีบ หรือประมาณ 1,300 บาท 
รางวัลเลข 2 ราศี เรียงจากซ้ายไปขวา ซื้อครบ 1000 กีบ มูลค่ารางวัล 70,000 กีบ หรือประมาณ 116 บาท

ถ่านอัลคาไลน์ คือ ถ่านไฟฉายชนิดหนึ่ง พัฒนามาจากถ่านไฟฉายธรรมดา ให้ จุพลังงาน และ จ่ายพลังงาน ได้ สูงกว่า ในขณะที่มี แรงดันไฟฟ้า เท่ากัน
องค์ประกอบหลัก ของถ่านอัลคาไลน์ ประกอบไปด้วย สังกะสี และ แมงกานีสออกไซด์ เมื่อใส่ถ่านอัลคาไลน์เข้าไปในเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า จะเกิด ปฏิกิริยาเคมี เปลี่ยนสารที่อยู่ภายในให้กลายเป็น ของเหลว
ถ่านไฟฉายที่นิยมใช้กันทั่วไปในประเทศไทย มีหลายขนาดด้วยกัน

  • ขนาดใหญ่ AA  เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง x ความสูง = 14.5 x 50.5 มม.
  • ขนาดเล็ก AAA  เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง x ความสูง = 10.5 x 44.5 มม.
  • ขนาดเล็กจิ๋ว AAAA : เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง x ความสูง = 8.3 x 25 มม.
  • ชนิดพิเศษ 9V : แบตเตอรี่สี่เหลี่ยมขนาด 16 x 49 x 4.5 มม. มักใช้กับรีโมทคอนโทรลบางรุ่น
ถ่านอัลคาไลน์ที่พบเห็นทั่วไป
1. ถ่านอัลคาไลน์ ขนาด AA

ถ่านอัลคาไลน์ ขนาด AA (ความยาวประมาณ 50.5 มม. เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางประมาณ 14.5 มม.)
2. ถ่านอัลคาไลน์ ขนาด AAA

ถ่านอัลคาไลน์ ขนาด AAA (ความยาวประมาณ 44.5 มม. เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางประมาณ 10.5 มม.
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีถ่านไฟฉายชนิดอื่นๆ ที่มีขนาดและรูปทรงแตกต่างกันออกไป เช่น ถ่านกระดุม ถ่านลิเธียม ถ่านชาร์จได้ ซึ่งใช้กับอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ชนิดต่างๆ
การเลือกขนาดถ่านไฟฉาย ขึ้นอยู่กับ ขนาดช่องใส่ถ่าน ของอุปกรณ์ และ ปริมาณพลังงาน ที่ต้องการใช้
