This theme doesn't correspond to the version of SMF that you are using. This theme is made for SMF 1.1.
If you want to use it anyway (on your own risk!) you can disable this message in the admin panel:
admin- configuration - current theme (above the save button)

Theme นี้มันทำไว้สำหรับ SMF 1.1 ละคุณใช้เวอร์ชั่นไรครับ
ลองดูเวอร์ชั่นตัวเองหน่อยครับ
